Who we are

BlinkLabs is a name used by Balaji Trade Tech, a sole proprietorship based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Balaji Trade Tech, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses this website.

Balaji Trade Tech operates this website and is responsible for it and for the services offered under the BlinkLabs name.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is for

This website explains the automation and software services we offer and shows examples of our work. You cannot buy anything, create an account or sign in on it.

Our services and project agreements

We take on work only through a written proposal, quote or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, timeline, ownership of what we build, and each side's responsibilities. If that document and these terms ever disagree, the project document applies.

Anything on this website, including descriptions of services, examples and answers to common questions, is general information. It is not an offer that can be accepted, and it does not create a contract.

The contact form and messages you send

The form on our Contact page prepares a message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it yourself by email or WhatsApp.

Sending us a message does not create a contract or a client relationship. Please do not send confidential business information until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled. If you need that agreement before sharing details, ask us.

Screens, examples and results

Screens labelled "Real screen" or "Real screens" come from software we built, running with demo data, with client details hidden. Other product screens, the 3D plant and diagrams are illustrations with sample data. None of them show a client's actual records.

The examples on our Automations page describe the kind of work we do. Results described in a case study, such as reduced processing time, belong to that project and are not a promise that another project will achieve the same.

Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations, code and video on this website belong to Balaji Trade Tech unless stated otherwise. You may view the site, share links to it and print pages for your own use or to evaluate our services. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content or design without our written permission.

Client and product names shown on this site belong to their owners. Who owns software we build for a client is set out in that client's project agreement.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
copy the site's content in bulk by automated means;
upload or send anything harmful, such as malware, through links from the site;
use the site to misrepresent yourself or anyone else.

Links to other websites

We link to websites we do not control, such as client websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without any promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of India.

Our liability for project work is set out only in the relevant project agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or about this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
