Who is responsible

Balaji Trade Tech, a sole proprietorship based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, which offers services under the name BlinkLabs, decides how the personal information described here is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, that makes us the data fiduciary for it.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the messages, calls and meetings you have with us about our services.

It does not cover data inside systems we build or run for clients. For that data we act on the client's instructions, under the terms of the project agreement with that client.

What the website collects

This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and does not ask you to sign in. It does not store anything in your browser.

The contact form runs entirely on your device. What you type stays on your device until you choose to send it by email or WhatsApp. Nothing from the form reaches us or any server on its own.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages keeps short technical logs, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes these logs for us to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Balaji Trade Tech remains responsible for them and uses them only to keep the site secure and working. They are not used to profile visitors or shared for marketing, and they are deleted once they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Services the pages load

Every font, script, image and video on this site is served from blinklabs.in itself, through our hosting provider Cloudflare. The pages load nothing from Google, font services, advertising networks or any other third party.

Information you send us

When you email us, message us on WhatsApp, call us or meet us, we receive what you choose to share. That usually includes your name, company, email address or phone number, the contents of your message, and any files you attach.

We use this information to:

• reply to you and answer your questions;
• understand your business and prepare a proposal or quote;
• plan, deliver and support any project we agree with you;
• keep the invoices and records that tax and accounting law require.

You give this information to us voluntarily for these purposes, and we use it only for them, as section 7(a) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows. Where we need your consent for anything else, we will ask for it first.

Email, WhatsApp and Instagram

Messages you send pass through the services you and we use to send them, such as WhatsApp and Instagram, both run by Meta, and our email provider. Those services handle them under their own policies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers we need to run our business, such as email, hosting and our accountant, and only as much as they need;
• when the law, a court or a government authority requires it;
• with your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Messages about an enquiry that does not become a project are deleted once they are no longer needed. Invoices and project records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those legal requirements.

How we protect it

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we limit access to the people who need it to deal with your enquiry or project. If a breach affects your personal information, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw consent you have given, where we rely on consent;
• raise a grievance with us about how we handle your information;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

To use any of these rights, write to support@blinklabs.in. We will reply within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Information processed outside India

Some of the services mentioned above, such as Cloudflare, WhatsApp, Instagram and email providers, may process information outside India. Such transfers are allowed under Indian law unless the government restricts transfers to a particular country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
