Work that repeats should run itself.

From the follow-up email someone sends by hand every morning to the system that runs a whole plant. We find the repetitive work that earns you nothing and build the software that does it.

Scope
One email to a full SaaS

Scroll for one example: a plant before and after BlinkLabs

Before
// BlinkLabs

Scattered sheets. 01

Stock sits in one Excel file, batch records in another, dispatch in a WhatsApp group. Each file disagrees with the next.

Counting by hand. 02

To know what is in the store, someone walks it with a clipboard. By the time the count is typed up, it has changed.

Late surprises. 03

Batches pile up at QC, expired lots turn up on the day they are needed, and the truck waits.

After
// BlinkLabs

One record. 01

Raw material, batches, quality checks and dispatch live in one system. Everyone works from the same numbers.

Scanned at every stage. 02

Every crate passes a scan gate. The count updates the moment it moves.

Warnings in advance. 03

Forecasts flag reorder points and expiring lots days ahead, so the order goes out on time.

01Capture

Record it where it happens.

A scan at the store gate, a weight at the scale, a result at the lab bench. Entered once, by the person doing the work, and never retyped.

B-2431 scanned at Raw material, 500 kg

02Check

Compare it with the rules.

The system checks every entry against stock, expiry dates, formulas and QC limits. A batch that fails is held at QC until someone releases it.

B-2440 held at QC, retest booked

03Act

Update the record and warn the right person.

Dispatch is scanned at the gate, the day's report builds itself, and purchase hears about the next reorder while there is still time.

What we automate

One email or a whole system.

If someone on your team does it by hand, again and again, and it does not bring in money, it is worth automating. The size of the job does not matter.

  1. 01One task

    Emails that send themselves

Follow-ups, reminders and daily reports that go out on time without anyone typing them, like Secure Outreach.

  2. 02One process

    Data that enters itself

Invoices, orders and forms read and entered into your sheets or accounting software.

  3. 03One team

    Approvals and alerts

Requests routed to the right person, with a warning when something is stuck or running low.

  4. 04A whole plant

    Operations systems

Inventory, production, quality and dispatch in one live record, like HydroSync.

  5. 05A business

    Your own SaaS product

A complete software product for your customers, built, hosted and looked after.

How we work

Diagnose. Teach. Build.

01

Diagnose

We sit with your team and map how work, paperwork and decisions move between people.

02

Teach

We show your team what is worth automating, what should stay manual, and what each change costs.

03

Build

We build the system around that map, install it on your network or in the cloud, and train the people who use it.
